Sonamarg is a heaven for trekkers and nature lovers, placed 9,000 feet above sea level. Known destination that offers its visitors sledge rides and trekking through the country of the Thajiwas Glacier. Sonamarg is lying under breathtaking snow-covered mountains and is also the gateway to Ladakh.
